Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Lunabee, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Who can use Lunabee
You must be aged 18 or over to create an account. Children do not have their own accounts; they read and listen inside child profiles that a parent or guardian creates, consents for, and manages.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and parental PIN secure, for the child profiles you create, and for the content created within your account.
4. Price
Lunabee is free to use today. If we introduce paid features, we will show the price before you buy anything, and free stories you have already created stay yours to read.
5. Content and ownership
The ideas you type are yours. The stories, images and audio Lunabee generates from them are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use: read them, listen to them, share them with your family. Generated content is produced by AI models and may contain mistakes; it is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service through automated means or resell access to it.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the service's models or prompts.
- Attempt to generate harmful, unsafe or unlawful content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
- Present a child profile as an adult account to bypass the age-band rules.
7. Safety and moderation
We screen all content created in Lunabee against age-band safety rules. We may refuse to generate, or remove, content that violates them. You can report any story from the reader, and we review every report.
8. Privacy
Our handling of your data — including what is sent to AI providers and how children's data is treated — is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Availability
Lunabee is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Lunabee operates; mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
